Astrid joined Edge in 2021 from GAC, a world leading shipping agency where she was Business Development Manager and Offshore Manager. Previously she has been a Charterers Liability Underwriter for Raets P&I. Astrid started her shipping career in 2001 in Rotterdam, and worked 10 years for various charterers and owners as operations manager and chartering manager. Astrid holds a M.Sc. in Economics and is now working towards her authorization from the Norwegian Insurance Brokers’ Association.
